so what next in the tying ladder

Cooking now! Needs a slightly longer thorax to abdomen ratio but that is being very picky.

How about this one for your next river pattern.

Nice tying , Terry - nowt wrong with that. Being hyper critical, maybe tease out the thorax a bit more. Personally I don't like the look of a ptn on a longshank, just my opinion.

Next?

How about some Crunchers?

Or Snatchers are fun to tie and good practice for palmering.
