Default A few nymphs

I've been tying a few nymphs up today for the start of next season in a few different colours for a bit of variety, here's some of them. All tied on kamasan B175 size 12.

Its golden olive seals fur believe it or not, thought it might add a bit of movement up front along with the french partridge hackle.

Very, very nice, the waxed Pearsall's abdomen on #3 (if that's what it is) is really nice and segmented. What's the color and how dark is the wax?

Aye thanks Bigtel, no not quite up to your standard yet, my nymphs tend to break with convention a bit, usually shorter abdomens and longer tails etc (but don't tell the fish I'm sure they'll still have a go though)

Thanks Hugh, well spotted, the colour is salmonberry and the underbody bit is waxed lghtly and then overlaid with a section of unwaxed thread which will probably rot eventually but should hopefully get a few swims with it.
