Pike floam heads?

Can anyone give me the heads up on the folding foam you can use for pike floating heads?

I've seen a tying were the chap folds a piece of foam around the finished head. I'm not talking standard block foam, cut and then a hole made for the hook?

If you know a link, and step by step, then great.

I'm pretty sure it's closed cell foam sheet, available from fly tying places or craft shops in A4 sheets

Do you mean just the standard stuff, available in all colours? Do you make a template or is there a tool to cut it out? I have loads of the thin stuff, used it for other flies?
