Really like that. It's one of those patterns that when you fish it you know you are going to get takes.

Have to add that to my list of "to tie list".

Andrew, nice tie as always. I've used the Bewsy quite a bit and find it great when the fish are head and tailing, cast it a few yards ahead of a rise and hold on!

I've done better using a variant though, nothing spectacular, just pearl tinsel instead of silver and orange instead of black for the throat hackle. I have fished the variant more than the original so no real evidence that it's better though.

I think that in the same issue of T&S there is a buzzer with a holo red hotspot about half way along the body - it is a brilliant partner to the Bewsy.
