Usually when teal is used for tailing and wings just use a few fibres for the tail and fold the teal flank feather in three. Cut or tear off a fair amount of fibre from one side of the feather, gently fold in three and tie in as a wing. Use thread if you wish to separate the wing in a figure of eight wrap. Once you tie a few you,ll get the hang of it. Unless someone else has a better idea and they probaly will.
