Default Something for the Salt

Definatley going to try my hand at the bass this season and tied these up tonight. They're my first attempts, my initial thought is that I need to replace the mylar body with something like angel hair. Any other suggestions for improvement??

Your definitely on the right lines, try the pearlescent mylar tubing with a thin coat of epoxy/UV resin over it (before tying the rest of the fly up) it gives a lovely baitfish scale pattern and stick with the long thin profile
