Default is there still a use for....

Folks
I was sat at my fly tying desk recently and started going through some storage boxes.
One box contained many types of chenille, I sat looking through the contents and wondered how long it had been since I last tied a fly with the material.

So do you still tie with chenille or has it been usurped by fritz?

What other materials have been passed over for a 'new improved' version.
