Default something simple

Well it would have been if I had use mylar instead of real tinsel as I made a bit of a tots of it at the beginning, I also really need to get some diffused light as the tinsel looks silver
Anyway I think it has potential but all comments welcome but remember it is the season of goodwill

Post Re: something simple

During August in the 70's I used to fish a Cinnamon & Gold Spider on Loch Leven and did very well with it, I dare say it will still do the business. The reason I fished the spider was because I wasn't very proficient at tying the wing in. I fished it on an intermediate when sedges were hatching and caught a lot of trout as the pupae were rising to the surface.

Lovely fly.

Can't see anything wrong with the picture either, wish I could get my pictures like that but mine are cr*p and I can't get them good enough to post

Have a Merry Christnas and a Guid New Year.
