What makes this worth £160+ better than the flymate and why would I need this vice. Just curious why I should consider upgrading?

Snowbee, or its supplier increased the price by about 25% in one jump about a year ago, & several people here & elsewhere have reported the jaws breaking on them.

Very popular vice with the security of knowing that Snowbee will provide replacement jaws foc if they ever go wrong (No questions asked)

Mine has had some serious use and without any problems. Jaws are like new. The RRP has been hiked up since I bought mine but still a good price with the discount.

Personally I use a Patriot which is also excellent @£150 ish.

The Waldron is a very popular handsome vice.

I also have a Weaver Type II which cost me £16 yonks ago that does the job admirably unfortunately it is on the missing list hence the Patriot.
