no mate i've not got a clue what to tie i've been hunting for that holy grail material but i've not found it yet. there loads of time closing date not till 31st of january

First one, probably on the second beer! and is very well tied and looks damn good to me
Second one, and maybe you`ve had another couple of cans and your starting to see red? Ie legs, palmered hackle and head hackle! Too much of one thing is never a good thing etc etc, when it comes to tying a fly! Although you managed a fine enough head on it
