Default Zulu and variants ...

Tied another wee bunch of wets to add to my growing collection .

I started off with a traditional Zulu, apart from the tail which is antron as I couldn't find any red wool for the tail.

I then created some variants of different styles while keeping to the original colour scheme.

The marabou tail on the lure is a much deeper almost Royal Mail sort of red, the image has made it a bit more orangey and less rich.

Thanks, I'm actually thinking that some dyed red pheasant tail legs on that one would look good as well.

I like the gold head lure and the zulu variant. I dont know about the hopper, i think a rib or and red legs may help it.

Point of information: the original Zulu has a flat silver rib.

Grumpius maximus strikes again!

I would fish them. Deadly pattern.

I like the variants....

I prefer the Blue Zulu, always seem to have more success with that for some reason....
