What thread combos have you used for each?
Like to give them a try and a swim at some point.

Thought you might enjoy it Wullie

Tony the thead combination for the body on 'splash 'n' burn is just pearsalls salmonberry and primrose wound together but in two lengths of each and I don't worry too much how it comes out as I wind them as long as its a fairly even band of threads that forms a nice even body, tying thread used is pearsalls orange 6a. The first one is just the quill from a ginger hackle for the body and I've used pearsalls orange 6a for the thread and waterrat for the thorax.
