Default Doubles?

I'm looking to tie a few loch patterns on doubles (10's, 12's), what are the correct one's to go for?

Just a couple of wee early season sparklers and the like, Andrew donated a couple to me last season which worked well and looked the business

Its all size 12s & 14s B270s i use Gary....10s are too big if you fish comps.

For pulling flies.I like the Partridge heavy nymph doubles,But don't like the Big mouth.The sz 10 in HN is comp legal.

I will once I've tied them, just standard sparklers/shuggies really but on wee doubles; mostly for pulling deep at the start of the season but they work well on a choppy day too.

I don't fish comp's but will probably go with 10's 12's and 14's when I buy them.

Thanks for all responses, now to find out who sells them cheapest
