Just ordered my first hares mask.
whats the best way to remove the fibres?

I usually pluck mine out by hand but you could use a nit comb

I normally just scrape some off using an old pair of scissors.

Cut the longer hairs off with scissors and hoy it in a blender for a few second.
You can cut from different areas to get different shades and keep them seperate. Blend the colours together to give the shades you want.
