Default A couple of bumbles

Just two of the bumbles I have been working on using blue grizzle hen.
One is has a good full body and for the second one I tried to get a slightly slimmer form.
All comments welcome.

Nicely done - you finally found a fly, incorporating that hackle, good enough to show!

Like those, i think they'd look even better with a nice curved golden pheasant yellow crest feather tail as opposed to the tippets, (but just my personal preference).

Best regards
Jim

Fair enough Jim its just my personal preference for the tippet as I tie them the same way as a lot of classic patterns and on the bushier bumbles I feel that the crest gets lost, but occasionally I tie them with marabou or floss.
