Default A wee spider

Back on the spider trail again after a long break, so this one to start off with, tied on a kamasan B175 size 12.

Where did you get the salmonberry thread from?
I managed to get some Langley's 1244 but would've like the real macoy.

As I recall wobbly I think I got it from Phil at fly tying boutique although I think that was last year so whether he has any now I'm not sure but I really like that colour

Thanks darwin, I like the way the fibres seem to stick together slightly on the french partridge hackles, gives a spider a completely different look.

Thanks fortbhoy but its always nice to see dabblers especially when theyr'e well tied and some real beters on here of late.
