Default Bloodworm Technique Question

Hi, could anyone help me out by explaining how achieving the tail effect of a flexi floss bloodworm, something like this example Flexi Buzzer BLOODWORM - Nymphs & Buzzers Flexi Floss Buzzers - FastMail Tackle. Am I right in thinking that it's done by folding over and twisting a piece of flexi floss? Does it then get glued or varnished to keep it together, I had a quick go at it without and it just kept wanting to untwist and I just wanted to check I wasn't missing something, had a look but couldn't find any sbs's anywhere for anything similar.

Cheers, Jon.

hold one end of the flexi and twist the other, eventually it will want to fold on itself, you will soon see what I mean when you try it

I'd just tye a few up then test, as I found that the tail on this fly tends to wrap itself around the hook.Just test out yourself and see how they fish, rather than dressing a box full.
