Default Fly Tying Advice

So im a beginner to fly tying been watching some Dave Mcphail fly tying on ebay that mans tying skills are great. Wondering could you help me put together a shopping list for tying the following flies

APPETIZER
Viva
Ace of spades
boobies various colours
Different buzzer variations

What brand of tools do you recommend i would need vice, scissors and whip finish i assume.

Do i need the likes of bug bond?

Have a look here:

No, you don't need bug bond.

I would buy a cheap £20 lever vice, quality GUM scissors from ebay (I've just paid £3.99 plus 70p p&p), simple veniard type bobbin holders and a long nose needle.

Whip finish tools are personal, so I would start out with a simple veniards one to try.

Expensive tools won't make you an expert tyer. They just make the process 'nicer'
