Default Anvil Apex jaw replacement

Does anyone know whether you can purchase jaw replacements for an Anvil Apex vice? I managed to chip a small section off the jaw yesterday when tying a few flies. It now makes it difficult to grip small hooks.

You'll probably have to send them back to anvil. The jaws as far as I can see are connected directly to the cam and the handle is riveted to this.

Many thanks for your replies, very helpful. I will contact Guide Fly Fishing. Unfortunately I can't find the warranty but hopefully they will still be able to help.
