On a boat fishing traditional wets my Go to is the Kingsmill ,used to be a Conemara black ,Mid fly would be a red arrow varient ,on top a Bibio or a Dark muddler ,got some black deer hair recently so some all black muddlers will be dressed sometime over the winter..
Of the Bank my go too point fly has to be the good old Coves Pheasant tail size 8 or 10.
Theadless ones may just take over !
