Just checked and looks like the one i am after is the only one he doesnt sell , just my luck!
Will keep looking anyway and might just have to bite the bullet and order in from the states!

As Keiron says, the Stonefly Wing cutter is virtually identical to the Hopper Wing cutter:

I do also have the Hopper Set cutters in stock if you are looking to create some crickets / grasshoppers:
