Well done matey, i cant see anything that small anymore and i refuse to get some decent specs.
I use the RS2 a lot on my local river, great fly.

It been a while since I tied anything that small but have managed it on #32's but I dont think the eye's would last long with those small flies.

The tail is wrong, should be micro Microfibbets. The best I can do on a #32 is a thread midge larva/pupa. My eyes are shot

Yeah its not easy I did manage a hackle on mine so it was just black thread and hackle.

Nice one Don, I'm going to have to try and tie a few of those but don't know if I'll manage anything that small. Out of sheer nosiness which way are you heading to fish? North towards Sedonna or East towards the Apache reservation?

Hi Terry,
Most of my fishing is on the San Juan river at Navajo Dam New Mexico or the Animas in Colorado. I hope to expand more into Colorado soon. I have not been back up to the White Mountains / Apache reservations since before the big wild fires last summer. Those lakes are not managed and fishing is not great.

I never try to tie flies this small in case i end up looking like this when im tying
