Default A fly for halloween

Boo! Some of the inspiration for this fly came after tying a few dabblers in the last week (as if you couldn't tell) for a spookier effect I've made the saddle hackles slightly longer than I normally would and added a few turns of jackdaw to suggest the darkness on halloween (this gets worse) along with a raggier tail and just keeping the bronze mallard mainly on the upperside of the hook.I could have really gone to town on this theme but decided to go the sensible approach. Happy halloween everybody and watch out for those bangers....oh and the bogeyman

Thanks Fortbhoy, I know you were expecting a demonic show of phosphorescent ghoulish wonderment with a few sparkly bits thrown in but....I'm sorry to disappoint, like I said I could have gone to town on it but kept it within the bounds of it still being a fly that might catch a few fish...I don't like to waste hooks either, especially kamasans (I'm a tight-a"^e you know)

I've tried something in a similar colour scheme before and it didn't look good at all, you've cracked it though, nice tie.
