Looking good Alex, there's lots of bonefish dressings around so you've plenty of time to make your choices before you go. Was at the Bay of Pigs last year and had a tour round a rum distillery in the area, tried a few samples, very tasty. Visited the El Floridita bar in Havana where the famous big game fisher Ernest Hemmingway used to have a drink, worth a visit if you've got the time.
