Default Big brown flies

There is a big brownie @ Temple fishery (18lb) thats been in for 2years but never been landed, he takes ducklings and chicks off the top which I dont think can be tied so I thought these may temp the devil!!

Those should get its interest
Im not so hot on the snatcher as I like some SF teased out.
Out of interest how do you know that the brownie is 18lb if it hasn't been caught ?

Well thats what it was put in at So it may be more or less.
Another of the same size went in a couple of weeks ago.
Its their teeth that seem to cause problems cutting tippets so I may use 12lb

learn something new every day! ive never heard of brownies taking ducks ? pike yes, never brownies though
