Default Cock Hackle help

Does anyone know what type of cape or saddle these hackle may have come from? Its a long shot but I don't really know much as I only started fly tying this week, they were given to me to help me practice dry flies by Chris Reeves.

Thanks for looking, All the Best, James Gill

They are from a saddle cape - these are the most widely used ly tying product but hair salons are selling them on to woman who want feather extensions, they are now costing at least £25 but as a beginner i would get what are called indian necks - very cheap, not great quality but you can afford to waster a few, for £4 a cape its not bad but if you want wuality you get the ones Chris gave you for £30...
