Can anyone suggest a strong hook for f-flys in the 14-20 size range

Gary try these from Phil Holding, never had a problem with them, fairly cheap to...(well cheaper than TMC's).

I agree with the comments on Tiemco 103BL and Kamasan B160 but Phil Holding has never sold me any duff gear and although I've not tried his "103BL" lookalikes I don't think he'd be selling them if they weren't A1 quality.

Gary,
the tiemco 103bl is a very good hook but it is no good for where you are fishing.I have used them at lockwood and they just open up on the rainbow`s you know how they fight!!!!

These are not the best pick for 3lb plus rainbows, as stated.
