i did think about the lureflash packs you get for making 20 flies.

Im sure there must be shops throughout Fife that sell flies, or are you looking for something special as Im sure if you didn't just limit it to Fife then you may get offers as the last I looked we still had Royal mail

Yes it has been taken over by another guy. The fly tying gear have improved greatly, as it has the other fishing diciplines. It used to be called Fife Field sports under the last owner. I will be doing fly tying demo in a couple of weeks as part of a open day at the shop. there will also be casting demo/ tuition from quaified instructor. Just trying to put it together just now.
