Seriously, the dubbing is from my Aran Fishing jumper, nice stuff

Aran= the dubbing
Jumper= A Hopper

am no expert but I like my legs+hackle a little shorter but a nice fly

With Stig on this also prefer hackle more upright mesel but nice tie that I think could do well pulling .

Not really up on hoppers that much Gary but looks a decent attempt, i think with a shorter hackle and legs it would look the biz, just a question of downsizing your proportions.

I'll have to try and knot some shorter legs; I found these one's pre-tied in some of my Late Fathers' tying stuff, he was always tying Daddies so I presume that's why these are a little long.

Jonboy, spot on with the pulling thought; I've been having success with a little pheasant tail built into some wee flies pulling on the loch, I'll give these ones a swim at the weekend
