had a go at this beetle first time useing deer hair as i usually make a pigs ear of things all comments good or bad are appreciated

Not sure bout it replicating a natural , but it deffy has a summat fish catchin feel to it if so feel free to send me a few , nice wrap .

well the wee beetle done the bizz this morning 3hrs 3for 7 1/2 lb umpteen missed 2returned plus a couple of small brownies not bad so the vice will be burning

Take another pic. The above and the side shot don't seem to marry up.

thanks for comment but to be honest it was one i,d seen from Dave Mcphails site and he called it the Jungle Beetle

cheers bill the photo was a side shot then all i did was stand the fly on its side and took shot from front
