Silver Doctor Blue

Noticed a few patterns recently that I would like to have a go at tying that are calling for silver doctor blue dyed feathers. I have just taken up trying to dye my own materials and would like to have a go but was wondering what silver doctor blue actually was.

I haven,t tried it myself but the jacquard turquise looks about the closest to the type of blue but may need something additional to obtain the colour which is quite a vibrant light blue.
