I tied up these guys for for a fly swap and for fall browns here in USA, was wondering if anyone in UK would use them. They will prob work for salmon and steelhead too.

They're 5-6 inches long and articulated.

We would use those them big river browns or for pike. I reckon your flies would do well for them, depending on the size of hook. Neither technique is that widely practised over here but there are small pockets of such practise. Some anglers might try them for sea trout but salmon flies tend to be more 'traditional'.

An SBS or recipe would be interesting?

Nice ones! Bit big for most areas where I fish but I have a feeling those would be killers on the Marble trout down in Slovakia and on Huchon.
