Ok I'm a scissor freak, can't resist them I admit it

. For a heavier pair I recommend the Twisted Loop ones from Flytying Boutique. Although they are good with delicate stuff it's those I reach for if elk/deer hair needs chopping. They have remained sharp for months.
For delicate work I like the curved ones from Fords Flytying, again they stay sharp. They are out of stock at the mo but Ed tells me more will be available soon. His micro tip tungstens are also very good. Phil (FTB) has some called tungsten carbide which are excelent too. Ed's scissors always sell out quick for good reason
