If its not a crack at his dvds in this month article its his use of spiderweb or tying realistic flies or his upstream methods. Is there something we are all missing or is it that the man who loves to tell us who he knows and what he owns cant let a sleeping dog lie.
I know neither man so if my opinion seems biased towards one that is not my intention it's just very annoying to read or try to read ( I find his style awful) one of his efforts only for him to work it back some way to have a dig at the other man.
Tell me if I'm over reacting by all means but I can't be the only one out there getting annoyed by this.

I take it these people write for angling magazines, which thankfully, I no longer purchase.
A man who will not buy rainbow trout fro Tesco, but will happily accept a fee for writing in a magazine which indirectly promotes fish farms by writing about stocked fisheries?
Doesn't add up, does it now? No, it's plain daft.
