Default skinny buzzers

ive been working on my buzzer bodies but the varnishing still needs some work.

think im going to have to get a varnish brush as opposed to using a needle.

Bob love the last one colour is great
There's defo an improvement in the tying
Do you use a drying wheel ?. I found it a big help to get the varnish to spread evenly .

Get yourself Bug-Bond. It's a bit expensive but you will be impressed with the finished article.

They pretty much average out around the £30 mark, but if your good with your hands you could have a go at making one DIY Epoxy Rotor - Build your own epoxy-drying rotor out of some scraps and a disco mirror ball motor - Global FlyFisher

Bob, you could try Sally Hansen Hard as Nails, or Rimmel 60 seconds, both are clear nail varnishes, and are excellent for varnished buzzers! Both have brushes, but it's best to narrow the thickness by trimming about half the fibres using a razor blade. You don't need Bug Bond or a rotating drier for tying varnished buzzers!! Bug Bond kits are expensive, but useful if you're in a hurry, which most of us aren't! Rotary driers are another expense, and more clutter, main use being for slower drying epoxy resin coated flies. The above varnishes dry pretty fast! I find fly clips very useful for varnishing a batch. The little clips that some on here use for displaying their creations. I know Scratch on here sells them, but i can't find a link at the mo.

Ah, here ya go!
