Default Shrimp

There is a chance that I might have my first ever chance of salmon fishing in two weeks time and was very kindly given some salmon doubles yesterday[bit on the large size but beggars can't be choosers.] so thought I would put them to good use. This is the first.

It certainly looks good to me Alan
I havent really tried much in the way of salmon flies and only for someone when they asked ,whether they ever fished them or caught anything on them would be debateable.

Cheers Folks! My first real attempt at a proper salmon pattern and actually find them relatively east to tie especially as the hook is large.

Very nice OJ, very nice indeed. I would be confident fishing that. Well done, please show us others when you do them.

Chris.
