Default Moths

Ikeep my fishing and fly tying gear in the spare room and have noticed a number of moths in there recently.Will they damage my fly tying materials? and if so how do I deter and get rid of them.

I keep all my materials in sealed containers-i dont like chemicals as some are bad for your health and dont smell too good
