Wrong tail for invicta and no blue Jay throat. Looks like a light hare's ear dubbing at head. Haven't seen anything like it before but it certainly looks like it will catch fish.

Dont think it has a name mate. Pearly Whickams would be a close match but this is slightly different. A tidy fly none the less.
