I know the price of Whiting saddles has rocketed since they became this seasons hair fashion axccessories, but this is rediculous

Whiting Purple Saddle Hackle P. .Fly Tying | eBay UK

It hasn't ended yet either, this is the current highest bid !!!!!!!!!!!!

It's only a fashion thing and it'll soon slump as quickly as it's risen and then there'll be a lot of used ones being offloaded. If anyone doesn't need to pay over the odds at the moment then sit back and wait.....

My sentiments exactly Andy, I wonder what will be next years "must
have" accessory though, hopefully it won't be anything to do with fly tying materials

Don't go giving these ladies any ideas, Mark-they'll be doing just that next! Surprised they're not wearing fly fishers waistcoats on top and no bra!

What I find 'odd' is this Seller (who has several of these up for bid) is in Canada. Why E-Bay-UK?

I went in to the Orvis shop and bought a Metz grizzle saddle for £30 ish and a week later sold it on EBay for £196. Personally I cant see the problem.....

The"idiot" buying them will be a hairdresser or such glueing a few of them to someones head and making 10 times their money back
