Default Scarpa fly

Tied this useing just 2 furnace hackles and 1 badger hackle which gives the impression that there's more going on than what there actually is. I'm just wondering where would be the best environment to fish it. don't think i'd put it in my primary box of flies anyway as a fish catcher but you never know.
