One of my go to flies, only trouble is mine dont last very long, i dont think the hackle round the pearl is ever going to last without a seals fur "cushion". Excuse the photos, still trial and error in that dept.

Used to use pearly tinsel for my silk cut salmon fly,for longevity I now use a pearly glister dubbing ,lasts much longer .
