Default A few for salty trout

It's been a while since I've posted anything and as I had some time to myself I thought I'd get the camera out.

I've been tying up a few for a sea trout box; there just variations on a theme really;

A hares ear muddler with a bit of blue in it;

A dabblerised teal blue and silver, the cynical would say it's just a way of avoiding teal wings - the cynics would be dead right!!!

A little cascade double;

Finally a bit of self indulgance, I saw some Don Bastian flies a while ago so thought I'd have a go in that style, the wings too long and the tails a bit mashed but apart from that I'm pleased with it;

Any comments gratefully received - Steve

Cheers gents, I'm trying to skinny down my dabblers and to me they look better - more middle dropper worthy as well.

Very nice indeed, that last one reminds me of a colonel fuller (a north american fly) but with reverse colours, spot on tying.
