Breathers for Buzzers

What is the best way for creating breathers on a buzzer and is there a way to create a small bunch on either side of the head?

I think Marabou or Yarn is very good for the breathers on buzzers.

I normally Just use one bunch on the front of the buzzer.

I've used Polypropylene yarn, Antron yarn, hackle fibers, marabou, usually as a single bunch. Use a long piece over the full length of the hook and you have both head and tail filaments.
