Default EVA Foam Source

Does anyone know of a source of EVA Foam that would be suitable for the Tullis Wiggle Bug?

There's plenty around that's 2mm thick but the Wiggle Bug requires material that's much more substantial.

Darwin i bought some from the craft stores and its the same as in the angling centre with many different colors and there both 2 mm thick which imo is ok for fishing a single dry/emerger pattern about a size 14 however i much prefered the thicker stuff that is used on floating fry, roman moser sedge and big sugar cube shipmans as it can hold upa team of big nymphs np the alternative is double the 2mm foam over in the case of shipmans buzzers which will work but im not sure how u would go about it with other foam patterns, imo bring out 4 mm in variuos colors ive also heard ppl using the foam which is used to line fly boxes too
