That is a very nice fly you got yourself Job well done sir.
I am still abit puzzled by blue flies and the way up North colours, but hey if it works I don't need to understand the why.
No, I do need to know... going to have to do some research.

Darwin I have a wee pet theory about the blue colour in the Islands and northern trout water flies.
it works well here but not so well in other places. Perhaps these trout have more than a whiff of extra sea trout genes in them. Blue being a great colour for sea trout.

And before anyone starts I know all about the Brown trout/ sea trout debate. I think you get my unscientific point
