before anyone mentions it the bit o gunk on the cheek o the buzzer is wax , but coudnae be fecked takin another pic at this time lol

1. Lovely DB there Jon. Love the colour combo... it's got the look. However The herl is too long for me.

2. Nice buzzer.... needs finishing though.

3. WTF Gay as a jar of peanuts.

4. Not a lot wrong with that nymph. Colour combo leaves me slightly cold though.

Aye the herl is bit long will see if I have any shorter , but still reckon it will fish,

the colur combo on the nymph n buzzer is based on the owl which is a killer this neck o the woods so reckon it will do ok , the buzzer will be varnished at a l8r date once I have tied a few more of them based on some o the crackin patterns seen on here , GAY !!! how can a mini lure based on the bibio colouration be classed as GAY !!! thanks for the input anyroads , will work a bit more on the lighting and pics next time as well as the fleas

If the length of the herl bothers you just trim it on the hook

Nice flies, like the diawl bach, but would agree with the others about the length of the herl. Take a rubber to it and that should slim it down a treat
