Like the concept a lot, but I reckon that will sink like a stone. You need a slightly more substantial pinch of SH, with a little of the dense bumfluff stuff from close to the foot.
Nice tying though!

No what your saying there, the wing is actually tie compara style so the fly would sit on the surface though the pic doesnt show that, but will tye a few more up a bit denser. thanks for your comments
