Default Winter Flys

Would these work for winter rainbows?

Has anyone seen/experimented with this style of fly before?

Apologies for the poor photo.

No doubt they will work! Have you tried singeing the ends of the fritz to stop it unravelling when the fish nip at it?

on a more important note, it's May!!! Quit thinking about WINTER

Haha yeh I'm going to add a small bead to the tail and singe them - these are just first runs. I already got all my flies tied for summer/autumn, got those done last winter lol.
