Fulling Mill 'All purpose light', with the first third of the shank bent down at 30 degrees to form a kinked shank. In my experience you get more hook ups with this than with the usual curved shank hooks. Tie the wing post at the kink, this helps to lift the abdomen to a more natural looking hatching position. The straight shank also helps to more accurately represent the actual shape of the abdomen at point of emergence.

Hooks you may already have: Kam 170, Fulling Mill 'All purpose medium 31550', slightly heavier hooks, but would be O.K.
