Ordering from Celtic Fly Craft

Hello everyone,

Hope the loch fishing has been phenomenal and the rivers are plentiful.

I am trying to get ahold of some products from Celtic Flycraft shipped to Canada. The straggle fritz you have on that side of the pond absolutely blows our polar chenilles and the like out of the water!

I have sent several e-mails to no avail and am curious if anyone knows a better way of getting ahold of the folks there, or possibly any online mail order business' that ship internationally.

I know that he is away setting up for a show in Northern Ireland.
That might be the reason for the delayed answer.

I placed an order with Celtic Flycraft on 5/8/11. About two weeks later I received an incomplete order that had four items missing, no packing slip detailing the order, and no recognition that the order was incomplete. Just a package with some items tossed in and others not. The purchase had been paid in full. I've sent two emails asking about this and have received no reply whatsoever. The missing items total 14 pounds, but the feeling of being ignored and not deemed worthy of common courtesy is far more valuable. A mere note saying they were experiencing some difficulties would have gone a long way toward maintaining a regular customer, but this casual disregard is leaving a lasting impression.
