Re: Ordering from Celtic Fly Craft
I placed an order with Celtic Flycraft on 5/8/11. About two weeks later I received an incomplete order that had four items missing, no packing slip detailing the order, and no recognition that the order was incomplete. Just a package with some items tossed in and others not. The purchase had been paid in full. I've sent two emails asking about this and have received no reply whatsoever. The missing items total 14 pounds, but the feeling of being ignored and not deemed worthy of common courtesy is far more valuable. A mere note saying they were experiencing some difficulties would have gone a long way toward maintaining a regular customer, but this casual disregard is leaving a lasting impression.
